COVID SAFE
At Lilly Harris Therapies, our commitment to safety, hygiene and current health practices are up to date with national Department of Health standards, as well as by our professional representing bodies.
As the current global health climate continues to change and evolve, we aim to be informed by expert advice as well as offering the most ethical response in order to offer a safe, non-judgemental and protective setting for all our clients, with specific focus on protecting our most immunocompromised and vulnerable members of the community.
After extensive preparation, Body Stillness, the home of Lilly Harris Therapies, will be opening on January 1st as a fully vaccinated site. Each practitioner within Body Stillness is an independent business, however we collectively agree to provide a safe setting for the public.
At this time, we are not requiring the public to be fully vaccinated, however within sessions, mask wearing is now mandatory.
Below are examples of how we protect you, us and our loved ones:
– all practitioners have completed the government Covid 19 infection control training, and are double vaccinated
– all practitioners have been inducted in the Department of Health’s environmental cleaning and disinfection implementation
– hand sanitiser/soap available at the front door, bathroom, waiting areas and treatment rooms
– applied health questionnaire and temperature check for each person who enters Body Stillness (no illness, exposure or travel in hotspots)
– disposable hand towels and soap provided in bathroom
– front door is locked to the public, remote door unlock system to allow only clients to enter
– all linens washed at 60’c
– maintaining a maximum of 4 people in the centre at any one time, with waiting chairs spaced and staggered appointment times
– clients are welcome to bring their own water/thermos
– all frequently touched surfaces are disinfected before and after each person in the centre (door handles, switches, chairs, tables, etc)
– appointments spread further apart to allow for full treatment room clean in between each client
– all practitioners apply extremely high levels of self hygiene
– medical grade and fabric face masks provided for clients, if they do not have their own
– gloves for therapists to wear when required
– water diffusers with high quality essential oil in each room to maintain air quality
