From this point, we begin to create a personalised yoga session.
Much like in my treatment sessions, I will discuss your health at length to find where the greatest imbalances are. Together we explore appropriate yoga poses, meridian stretches and gentle exercises to enhance your day to day living.
Each session is unique as I follow your lead listening to what your body, heart and head need.
